TEAMWORK AND CAMARADERIE

Fitness Playground Bootcamp is unlike any workout program you’ve seen. We’ll use friendly competition, a team mentality and endless encouragement to help you reach your fitness goals.Together, we’ll tackle weaknesses, celebrate successes and push each other to new heights. No one will ever be left behind (movements are all based on progressions) and every fitness level is welcome.

FIND YOUR INNER ATHLETE

Fitness Playground Bootcamp addresses wellness from every angle, using a combination of cardio intervals, strength training, endurance training, speed & agility, core strengthening and flexibility training. We’ll do traditional exercises, as well as new and innovative functional moves. And, we’ll take advantage of our outdoor environment in ways you never imagined.

VARIETY, FUN, CHALLENGE, REWARD

We will never do the same workout twice. From push-ups and sit-ups to climbing the monkey bars to tug-of-war to obstacle courses -we’ll do it all…. dog down push-ups, capoeira lunges, frog hops, renegade rows, bootstrappers, dirty dogs, 8-count bodybuilders, tire runs, umpas, jump for joys and sledgehammers. Bootcamp workouts will challenge you, but they’ll also be fun- Escape From Alcatraz, Ultimate Fighter Challenge, Animal Workout, The Lumberjack and More. You’ll never be bored, you’ll always be challenged and you’ll definitely see results.

PAVE THE WAY TO LONG-TERM CHANGE

We’ll also tackle lifestyle issues, such as proper nutrition and stress reduction. You’ll leave BOOTCAMP with the tools necessary to maintain your new fitness level and push yourself even further or attend the next session and accomplish amazing feats among friends. dsc_0087.JPG

Fitness Playground Bootcamp meets three times a week for six weeks and includes two individual wellness assessments (before & after), 3- 60 min. Bootcamp sessions a week, a Bootcamp Log (for tracking workouts, diet and personal progress), daily access to a personal trainer, Fitness Playground Bootcamp T-shirt, water bottle, individual and team awards, graduation celebration and much much more.

All you’ll need for Fitness Playground Bootcamp is a mat, towel, water bottle, running/walking shoes and a dedication to accomplishing your goals. Everything else will be provided.
