Power Play

Power Play is an extremely unique class that combines sports conditioning with the feel of an adult PE class. Chris’s enthusiastic personality and innovative teaching style makes you feel like you’re a kid again, while also challenging you to improve your athletic skill, strength and endurance.

Throughout the 60 minutes of non-stop fun, you will perform sports conditioning drills to improve speed, agility and running form, as well as basic plyometrics, strength training, rubber chicken tosses and much more. And the music will keep you moving and bring up fond memories of running in the school yard trying not to get cooties.  J
